Bowling Green, KY- This project was a complete rebuild of another contractor’s automation system. Who you choose as an integrator is as important as the system you choose. This system lacked basic functionality, had serious design flaws and was completely unreliable. We entirely rebuilt the network, automation system, lighting control, and HAVC integration. What was (2) racks in the main equipment closet is now (1) and what was a full size 7’ rack in the Theater closet is now a 30” on wall rack. This home features 379 automated light loads, 32 zones of distributed audio, 16 zones of distributed video, and 21 thermostats all powered by Control4, Pakedge and Just Add Power. Ironically, 30% of our residential business is re-building flawed systems and restoring client’s faith and trust in the systems we provide and install.
