MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS

Surveillance Maintenance Program

Quarterly Scheduled Maintenance $1400 yearly plus materials
  • Camera and lens cleanings
  • Angles and connections adjusted as needed
  • Firmware updates on cameras/DVR/ NVR where applicable
  • Verify client access to cameras via apps

Security Maintenance Program

$1400 Yearly Scheduled Maintenance (does not include parts/materials)
  • Replacement of system batteries, wireless batteries, CO2 and smoke detector replacements
  • Test on hardwired and wireless connections
  • Full test of all security components and Acadian communication
  • Carbon detectors replaced every 4 years
  • Smoke detectors replaced every 4 years
  • System battery replaced every 2 years
  • Wireless batteries replaced every year
  • Verify information on Acadian account and update as needed (contact info, authorized users, and passwords)- annually at renewal

Network Maintenance Program

Quarterly Scheduled Maintenance $1400 Yearly
  • Remote network updates
  • Firmware updates for all WAPS, routers, network switches, etc.
  • Check network remote management software (Bakpak/OVRC) for system mapping and verify set to proper standards

Control4 Maintenance Program

Quarterly Scheduled Maintenance $1400 Yearly
  • Remote driver updates (to include Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV etc.) as available
  • C4 Operating System updates as available (dependent upon equipment compatibility)
  • All C4 equipment firmware updates included
