The Ransdell project has it all. It features total automation of everything to include lighting control, HVAC integration, audio/video distribution, surveillance, security, pool integration, gate and garage control, etc.…all powered by Control4. The property has 3 separate buildings all interconnected and is a historical landmark. The entire project was a retrofit after the original project design was flawed and we were called to fix it. Our team re-designed the entire system and re-built it from scratch using only the existing wiring infrastructure to get the system to its current state. The entire property is a work of art and now, so is the automation system.
